All explained Here. I think this is my new "self help" tool. I feel on cloud nine right now. Or maybe its the Sabbath Breaking Diet Coke I had...(Sabbath Breaking because it involved a trip to Jack in the Box to get it).
Speaking of, that's how I know its time to cut out the Diet Cola...when I have to break the Sabbath to satisfy my craving.

Thank you for posting that. There are many times when I have things I want to say, but I bite my tongue. Maybe writing it, and then deleting it, would keep it from being bottled up inside (sure to explode).
Kind of like a Diet Coke if you shake it!
That was GREAT!! I love the delete button!!
I have written many letters to people that I have never sent. The act of getting it out is cathartic whether or not anyone else ever reads it.
Diet Coke. When it comes to diet sodas--I can't drink them. Aspartame triggers migraines for me. So I am jealous and not. Having to avoid soda altogether cuts that craving right out. (Otherwise diet Dr. Pepper would be my best friend!)
My solution? Seltzer water. I drink it often. Most restaurants will have it at their bar. I've been pleased that a lot of fast food places up here have a soda button (much the water buttons they all have) on their self serve fountains. Plus I keep it at home. I love the stuff. Cold, fizzy. Best with some lime of maybe lemon. But I do have to admit here that it is certainly an acquired taste. I've been drinking it pretty regularly since age 10. Give it a try.
Like Mina, I encourage the letter writing.
In the anger management class I teach, I actually have the kids write a letter to someone that haven't forgiven, or are angry with, and we don't send them. It really is helpful.
I feel FREE from pop!! :)
Oh yeah, the Letter You Never Send is awesome. I will be writing a letter to you about your Sabbath Breaking habits. But I won't send it.
Just kidding. :)
