If you men out there are considering hiding the scale from your wife because you're tired of hearing about the ups and downs, let me warn you...this is a poor idea unless you like your wife obese.
My husband hid my scale one day after I had announced with great excitement a 3 lbs drop. He told me to stop weighing myself every day because I was making myself ( I think he meant HIM) crazy. I didn't look for it, I kind of wanted to see what would happen if I stopped weighing every day.
Wanna know what happened?
SEVEN POUNDS.
That's what happened.
And not down either.

Man.
Yeah, the diet I was on stressed so hard to weight yourself daily for the rest of your life. When I forget, it seems like I'm more lax with my eating.
Here's to losing 7 pounds quickly!
Yep, some things a man should know are better left alone! lol.
I hear your pain sista! mine needs a new battery and when it gets one...it isn't going to be pretty! ugh!
Yeah, I for sure do better when I weigh every day. Keeps me more honest in my eating.
My scale (may it rest in peace)was always WRONG! It never gave me the right information and so it therefore murdered, never to be heard from again...
My dumb scale likes to inform me of how much of my weight is fat! Then it shares with me how much muscle I have...then it tells me if I'm dehydrated...If I wanted my mother-in-law to live with me I would've asked her to! Sheesh, dumb scale!
Ack!!
Don't ever get a Wii Fit.
Um, even with out a hidden scale, I've gained 13 since november. That brings me to 23ish pounds I need to loose.
I also need to weigh every day. I tend to keep the results to myself, though. When I go to WW meetings, I use that weight as my "official" one of the week, and use my scale at home to keep myself on track.
I feel your pain.
Mine was hidden for December and I gained 15!!
