CONGRATS!! I am down 12 but I seem to be at a stand still.
That's awesome! On my way to get a giant Cafe Rio salad now!
I bet you're excited about losing the weight. I'm excited that Lily went swimming! J/K My son is having problems with the toilet too but we have found something that has worked the last 3 times: food coloring. I put two drops in the toilet and ask him what color he thinks it will change to when he "drops duke." He can't wait to find out (and, crazily enough, it never changes color! Oh well, maybe next time).
Awesome, Lisa! That's so great. You've been on this two weeks? One? Either way, what a good start.
Wow, that's great! Are you doing SBD?
Congrats to Lily! :p
(I'll spare you from our toilet euphemism)
5 lbs in 8 days, yep, SBD. Last night I had a bad mouth craving for chocolate and had nothing appropriate to satisfy it, but guess what, I didn't do it. I want to be healthy more than I want chocolate!
Keep dancing lady! Your doing great!
Woooo hoooo!! I'm down almost FOUR! so excited.
So excited for you! And lilly. I get excited when I drop the kids in the pool two days in a row. Because that happens rarely. Hmm.. TMI?
Whitney, are you eating 2 cups of veggies at every meal? It has increased the number of times my kids want to go swimming by like...well, ALOT
Jealous of your weight loss, I am trying to lose weight, but I need to try harder!!! I just came by to say hi, I started seeing you on lots of my blogging buddies comments and had to come see who was the clan of the cave hair!! I love that name!!
I like this post WAY better than the smell my finger one.... Yay for both of you and Miss Lily for her potty binezz!
Nothing better than potty training victories.
I wish we were having more victories over here. Apparently the gummi bear rewards have lost their appeal.
Jill, we resorted to "we'll take you to McDonalds for a happy meal" and that finally did the trick after about 5 days of her insisting we take her to MickeyD's. Each day she didn't get to go, and finally it was important enough to her to make it happen. Of course now, she thinks she should get to go everyday...but we've now offered M&Ms for continued success.
Hey, it's your loss. I just keep putting on the pounds, and re-making goals.---So keep up the good work, and maybe it'll inspire me to stick to something, (but probably not.)
